Women’s Only Gym

We understand that working out in a gym can sometimes be a little intimidating. Why not try our women’s only gym? Our exclusive gym space is for ladies to work out in a friendly and secure personal environment, fully supervised by our qualified female fitness instructors.

Every membership includes our free fitness assessment and program, which can be renewed and updated every three months. Stretching & Flex, Active Sculpt and Circuit programs are also included in these memberships.

Opening times

The women’s only gym is open Monday to Friday mornings and evenings.

The women’s only gym is staffed with a qualified personal trainer during the following times:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 7am-10am
  • Monday to Thursday from 4pm-6.30pm

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, members will be required to use the main gym during other times as indicated on the below schedule.

Access to the Curtin Gym is included in the women’s only gym membership in off-peak times or while the women’s only gym is closed.

A women’s only gym membership includes a personalised program, Stretch & Flex and Active Sculpt classes as well as supervised circuits.

Stretching & Flex

A 30 minute guided class to help to improve your posture, release stiff muscles and assist with muscle soreness after training.

Active Sculpt

A women’s only gym membership entitles you to our 30-minute abdominal training sessions led by one of our professional fitness trainers. No reservation required. Just join in on one of the class times below.


Women’s only gym memberships include 60 minute circuit training classes. The class incorporates cardio, resistance training, core exercises and stretching.
