Youth mental health program
Exercise is an effective treatment method for acute and chronic mental health concerns.
The Youth Mental Health program is run specifically for the those in the age range of 17 to 25 years old, as 75 per cent of all mental health conditions will present themselves before an individual is 25 years of age.
