Beginners Contemporary Dance

Contemporary Dance is a combination of elements from modern, ballet and other dance styles with specific focus on technique. In this 10 week program, the focus will be on the foundation and skills of contemporary dance followed by implementing them in Dance pieces and choreography. You will learn correct techniques from our amazing instructors from Move to Inspire which will provide a great foundation of dance.

Lyrical Dance is an expressive dance form with balletic technique using concepts and lyrics as inspiration.
