Group Matwork Pilates

Whether you are an office worker, a student or an athlete, our Pilates class is for you!  Matwork Pilates involves using a floor mat and your own body weight as resistance.  Our class is suitable for those new to Pilates or those who regularly attend Pilates classes as we are experts in providing you variations to keep you working to your full potential.  From time to time weʻll surprise you with our small props like the magic circle to offer you variety and challenge through your workout.  During the class, weʻll teach you a flowing sequence of exercises designed to strengthen and stretch your body simultaneously.  Weʻll help you to improve your posture, strengthen your core, alleviate back pain, reduce tension and stress, as well as, tone and strengthen your body.

5 week program:

  • Wednesday 14, 21 August, 4, 11, 18 September (Note no class on 28th August)
  • Wednesday 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 October 2019

 

  • Thursday 15, 22 August, 5, 12, 19 September 2019 (Note no class on 29th August)
  • Thursday 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 October 2019

 

10 week program:

  • Wednesday 14, 21 August, 4, 11, 18 September, 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 October 2019 (Note no class on 28th August and 25th September)
  • Thursday 15, 22 August, 5, 12, 19 September, 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 October 2019 (Note no class on 29th August and 26th September)

Time: Wednesdays 7.30am – 8.30am OR Thursdays 12.15pm – 1.15pm OR Thursdays 1.15pm – 2.15pm
