Clubbercise

The first thing you might notice is that classes Clubbercise classes are taught in a darkened room so this is your chance to let go, enjoy the music and burn tons of calories without realising it!

The instructor will take you through different eras and music styles with each track having its own easy-to-follow routine. The moves are a mix of dance, toning and combat to maximise the fitness benefits with high and low impact options to suit all abilities.

Running on a track

Couch to 5km

Formally known as the running club, Couch to 5km is the ideal program for beginners, as we help you attain your desired running goal in a fun and supportive environment.  Simply pick a distance and a goal time you want to run and our running coach will help you get to your goal!

We will provide you a personalised running program and you can either come once or twice a week as we lead up to the HBF Run for a Reason on Sunday 24 May. So get your joggers ready to hit the ground running with us!

AND included in the registration is your HBF Run for a Reason Registration cost

10 week program:

  • Wednesday 11, 18, 25 March, 1, 8, 29 April, 6, 13, 20, 27 May (Note no classes 15, 22 April)
