Couch to 5km – Registrations Now Closed

Formally known as the running club, Couch to 5km is the ideal program for beginners, as we help you attain your desired running goal in a fun and supportive environment.  Simply pick a distance and a goal time you want to run and our running coach will help you get to your goal!

So get your joggers ready to hit the ground running with us!

6 week program:

  • Monday 16 August – Friday 24 September

Time: Tuesday 5:45pm – 6:45pm

Location: Meet at reception – Curtin Stadium
