Introduction to Judo

Judo is a dynamic sport that can assist you in gaining fitness, strength and flexibility. The basic techniques are divided into throwing and ground work. Whether you have Olympic aspirations or simply wish to enjoy the recreation benefits of Judo, come along and learn the basic Judo techniques and work you way up to becoming a yellow belt with our qualified instructors from our Curtin University Judo Club.

Learn the basics of boxing with our expert coaches from Anarchy Training Centre. You will learn the finer points of boxing including defense, pad work, shadow boxing and footwork in the action packed class that will get you up and moving!

Muay Thai Kickboxing for Beginners

Muay Thai Kickboxing is a seriously good workout. Our world champion coaches from Riddlers Gym will help you kick and punch your way to feeling the strongest you’ll ever feel in one of our five week courses.

This is a mixed gender class.
