Grading

To make sure everyone has a fair and fun game, grading will occur in the first two weeks of the competition for evening competitions. There will be no grading for lunchtime competitions. Fixtures will be available on the website.

Forfeit policy

Evening

If your team contacts us before 4.00pm on the day of your game, a forfeit fee will apply equivalent to your weekly game fee.

If your team forfeits after 4.00pm on game day, does not show up for a game, or is more than 10 minutes late to start, a penalty fee will apply which is equivalent to two weekly game fees. All fees must be paid at reception prior to your next game.

If the opposing team has forfeited, a scratch match will be organised where possible. The weekly fee still applies for scratch matches and no refunds will be given.

Game cancellation policy for severe weather

All outdoor sports will continue to run in wet weather. Cancellation will only occur due to severe weather which is deemed hazardous due to strong winds, lightning or hail.

In the event of severe weather, the decision to cancel will be made at 4.00pm on the day of the game by the Sports Program Officer. Team captains will be contacted if this occurs.
